TOOLFLUX
TOOLFLUX este o aplicație B2B de gestiune a sculelor și flotei auto. / TOOLFLUX is a B2B tool & fleet management app.
Administrator (fondatorul firmei): deschide aplicația → Setări → secțiunea Zonă periculoasă → Șterge contul meu → confirmă tastând cuvântul cerut. Dacă ești ultimul membru al firmei, se șterge definitiv și firma, cu toate datele ei. Dacă firma mai are membri, trebuie întâi să promovezi un alt administrator.
Angajat (cont de utilizator sau moderator): contul tău este creat și administrat de firma angajatoare (cont enterprise, dat în folosință). Cere administratorului firmei să îl șteargă din Gestiune utilizatori. Dacă nu poți contacta administratorul, folosește cererea prin email de mai jos.
Trimite un email la support@toolfluxapp.com de pe adresa asociată contului, cu subiectul „Cerere ștergere cont TOOLFLUX”. Procesăm cererea și confirmăm ștergerea în cel mult 30 de zile.
Se șterg definitiv: contul de autentificare (email/parolă sau login social), profilul (nume, email, rol), poza de profil, token-ul de notificări și cererile deschise. După ștergere, autentificarea nu mai este posibilă.
Se păstrează: consemnările istorice din registrul lanțului de custodie al firmei (ex. „X a predat scula Y la data Z”) și procesele-verbale PDF deja generate — acestea sunt registre comerciale ale firmei angajatoare, păstrate ca interes legitim (art. 17 alin. 3 GDPR) pe durata existenței firmei în platformă. Ele nu mai sunt asociate unui cont activ.
Administrator (company founder): open the app → Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account → confirm by typing the requested word. If you are the company's last member, the entire company and all of its data are permanently deleted. If other members remain, you must first promote another administrator.
Employee (user or moderator account): your account is created and managed by your employer (an enterprise-managed account). Ask your company administrator to delete it from User management, or use the email request below.
Email support@toolfluxapp.com from the address associated with your account, subject "TOOLFLUX account deletion request". We process and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
Permanently deleted: the authentication account (email/password or social login), your profile (name, email, role), profile photo, notification token and open requests. Signing in is no longer possible afterwards.
Retained: historical entries in the employer company's chain-of-custody register (e.g. "X handed over tool Y on date Z") and already-generated PDF handover protocols — these are the employer's business records, retained as a legitimate interest (GDPR art. 17(3)) for as long as the company exists on the platform. They are no longer linked to an active account.
