Bring In Your Inventory
You add what is on the shelves, tool by tool — with a photo, a category and a serial number. If the equipment already carries a manufacturer barcode, scan it and the name and model fill themselves in. Labels are generated in the app and come out on an A4 sheet, 24 to a page, ready to stick on.
Label And Configure
You stick the labels on, define the warehouses, the fleet vehicles and who is responsible for each. You do not start from an empty account: on first sign-in the setup assistant takes you through three steps — company details, currency, and the label format, QR or barcode.
The Crew Scans
From the first working day: handovers with a report signed on the phone, confirmed transfers between locations, stocktaking by continuous scan. If someone can scan a code with a phone, they already know how to use the app.
