Account, users and settings

Your account and the company switches.

Your account, the people with access, and the switches. Most of it is personal; two things belong to the company and only the administrator sees them.

The account screens

Profile

Where · The last tab in the bottom bar.

  • Your details — Name, email, photo. Editable.
  • The company's plan — A card coloured by plan.
  • Change password — Absent on accounts that only sign in with Google or Facebook.
  • Link Google / Facebook — Adds a second way of signing in to the same account.
  • Edit company — Administrator only: name, tax ID, address.
  • Sign out — It is here, not in the Dashboard header, where it used to be.

Users

Where · Dashboard → Company Management → Users. Administrator only.

The accounts that can sign in to the app. Counts per role at the top of the list.

  • + User — Email, initial password, name, role.
  • Rolerequired — Administrator, Moderator or User — chapter 02.
  • Edit — Name and role.
  • Delete — An administrator can delete anyone but themselves; a moderator, only user-role accounts.
  • History — What each account did.

SYSTEM & CONFIGURATION

Where · Dashboard → the settings icon in the header.

Interface

  • Theme — Dark or light.
  • App language — 11 languages, with flag and native name. Personal, not company-wide.
  • App icon — Four variants.

Scanning behaviour — small things that matter at a hundred scans a day:

  • Sound on scan — —
  • Vibrate on scan — The only confirmation you can feel with gloves on, in noise.
  • Open details automatically — Good for stocktaking, irritating for handovers in a row.
  • Batch summary — „Batch" handovers: scan everything, sign once, get one record.

System settings — shown with a padlock:

  • Currency — Fixed during setup. Uneditable.
  • ID code format — Likewise. See chapter 01.
  • Notification language — Administrator only, and it belongs to the company: the language server alerts go out in, for everyone.

Security and maintenance

  • App lock — PIN Plus and fingerprint Pro.
  • Clear cache — Removes temporary data. Deletes nothing from the records.

Legal — they open in a browser, they are not copied into the app:

Danger zone (administrator only) and the footer:

  • Delete account — With a typed confirmation. See below.
  • Version — A fixed string in the footer. Not the real build version and it can differ from what is in the store.

Plans

Where · Settings → the company's plan. Administrator only.

Basic, Plus and Pro, with each one's modules and limits. The Custom plan is configured from the admin panel, not here.

Deleting the account

Where · Settings → danger zone. Administrator only.

Requires typing a confirmation and cannot be undone. It is blocked if:

  • you still hold items in custody;
  • you have unfinished transfers;
  • other users exist and you are the only administrator — the role has to be handed over first.
