Angajați (employees)#

Where · The third entry in the sidebar.

• Search — —
• Columns — How many tools and how many allocations each person has.
• + Adaugă — Gated on the plan limit.

An employee's panel#

Where · Click a row in Angajați.

• Photo and state — Active or inactive.
• What they hold now — Tools plus stock allocations.
• Descarcă fișă deținere — A PDF of everything in their name.
• Editează — Name, phone, job title, notes, active.
• Șterge — Refused, with a reason, if the person still holds something.

Locații & Flotă#

Where · The fourth entry in the sidebar.

Tabs: Locații & Flotă, Transferuri, Aprovizionare (supply) Plus, Reguli stoc (stock rules) Pro.

• Columns — Type, supervisor, colour-coded occupancy, item counts by category, archived flag.
• + Adaugă — Administrator only.

A location's form#

Where · + Adaugă, or Editează from the panel. Administrator only.

• Typerequired — Warehouse, van or site. The van option is missing if the plan has no fleet module. Plus
• Namerequired — —
• Supervisor — Who holds rights there.
• Identifier / number — —
• Address, capacity — Optional.
• Documents with deadlines — On warehouses and sites: name + date.
• Vehicle fields — On vans: make, model, year, chassis number, ITP, RCA, road tax, CASCO, operational state.

A location's panel#

Where · Click a row in Locații & Flotă.

• Contents — Cards for tools, consumables and materials, which open the item's panel.
• Scoate active — Bulk removal, with mixed selection and partial quantities; cascades container children.
• Demobilizează — Sites only. See below.
• Vehicle service — Vans only: send, close with a cost, history. Pro
• Deviz șantier — Sites only: immobilised value and stock estimate. Pro
• Audit — Present / missing / damaged per item, with the history of past audits. Plus
• History — Paginated, 20 per page, with a date-ranged PDF export.

Demobilising a site#

Where · A site's panel → Demobilizează.

• Receiving warehouserequired — Where the goods go back.

Transferuri#

Where · A tab in Locații & Flotă, or a standalone page.

• Status filters — All, pending, requested, completed, cancelled.

Starting a transfer#

Where · The + Inițiază transfer button.

• Source and destinationrequired — Two of the company's locations.
• Itemsrequired — Tick the tools, give quantities for stock.
• Sender's signaturerequired — Not optional here, unlike an assignment.

A transfer's panel#

Where · Click a row in Transferuri.

• Acceptă — With the receiver's signature.
• Respinge — In two steps, so it cannot be pressed by accident.
• Descarcă proces verbal PDF — On completed transfers.

Aprovizionare (supply)#

Where · A tab in Locații & Flotă.

Three views. Plus

• Cereri — The list, with filters for every state.
• Calendar — Grouped by delivery day: late, today, tomorrow.
• Statistici — Approval rate, average response time, most requested items.

A request's panel holds the whole flow — approve with a vehicle and driver, dispatch, confirm receipt against actual quantities, or cancel before approval.

Reguli stoc (stock rules)#

Where · A tab in Locații & Flotă.

• Item + locationrequired — —
• Minimum quantityrequired — The threshold.
• Automatic creation — With a target warehouse and a quantity.

Rules are evaluated on the server at 07:30, whether or not anybody has the console open.Pro
