Mentenanță#

Where · The fifth entry in the sidebar.

Three tabs: Mentenanță, Analiză Pro, Furnizori Service. Plus

The first has four segments, each a filtered table:

• Defecte — Marked broken.
• În service — Gone to a provider.
• Îngrijire — Care, with a „mark as done" button in two steps.
• Revizie — Service due, with a „service done" button in two steps.

Analiză (analysis)#

Where · A tab in Mentenanță.

Aggregates over the service history: fault distribution, average turnaround per provider, repair-versus-scrap ratio. The material for a contract negotiation.

Furnizori Service (service providers)#

Where · A tab in Mentenanță, or a standalone page.

Articole întârziate (overdue items)#

Where · The sixth entry in the sidebar.

Grouped by person, not by tool, most overdue first. That is the practical difference: one phone call, not seven.

• Filters — All, 1–7 days, critical.
• Escaladat — The marker past 14 days overdue.
• Tel / SMS / WhatsApp — Open the app on your own computer, with the message ready.

Stoc critic (critical stock)#

Where · The seventh entry in the sidebar.

• Tabs — Consumables and materials.
• Necesar aprovizionare — Switches to the proposed order: grouped by supplier, quantities rounded to packaging, exportable per supplier or all.
• Rule alerts — When a stock rule is breached, it appears here with the option to raise a request on the spot.

Statistici inventar#

Where · The eighth entry in the sidebar.

Seven tabs, with charts drawn in the page. Pro

• Financiar — Value composition, health indicators, six-month acquisitions, value by location.
• Containere, Seturi, Accesorii — One per type.
• Echipamente — Indicators, age distribution, the problem-asset detector, maintenance. Pro

Rapoarte (reports)#

Where · The tenth entry in the sidebar.

A document centre, not a dashboard. Plus The groups, not the buttons — the full list is on screen and grows:

• General reports — Statistics, maintenance, daily activity.
• Inventory per type — One for each of the six types, plus the combined inventory. Pro
• Fleet reports — Full inventory, vehicles in service, document validity.
• Hierarchical filtering — By category, subcategory and location.
• Employee documents — The holdings sheet, by item type.
• Archive & history — The paginated log, with six event-type filters and export.

Caiet de notițe (notes)#

Where · The ninth entry in the sidebar.

• Filters — All, mine, shared.
• Title, body, checklist — —
• Shared — Visible to the company, editable only by the author.
• Pinned — At the top of the list.

Utilizatori (users)#

Where · The last entry in the sidebar. Administrator only.

For other roles the entry is missing from the menu, and the page refuses direct access.

• Counts per role — How many administrators, moderators, users.
• + Utilizator — Creates a new account. Gated on the plan limit.
• Editează — Name and role.
• Editează compania — Name, tax ID, address, plus the currency and code format fixed during setup.
