Autentificare (sign in)#

Where · The first page, if you are not signed in.

• Email / parolărequired — The same credentials as the app — it is the same account.
• Cont nou — Creates only the account. The company comes next.
• Intră cu Google — If the address already has a password account, the two are linked.
• Am uitat parola — A reset email.

Configurare companie (company setup)#

Where · Automatically, after the first sign-in on an account with no company.

• Numele companieirequired — Company name.
• Numele tăurequired — Your name.

The account becomes the administrator, exactly as in the app.

Configurare inițială (initial setup)#

Where · Automatically, once, administrator only.

The same three steps as the app, with one real difference:

• CUI / CIF, Adresă firmă — Tax ID and company address. Optional; they appear on generated documents.
• Monedă implicitărequired — Default currency: RON, EUR, USD, GBP.
• Format cod identificarerequired — QR or barcode. Locks on activation.
• Acceptarea DPArequired — An explicit tick, required only here. The activate button stays disabled until it is ticked.

Bara laterală (the sidebar)#

Where · On the left, throughout the app.

A flat list, in this order:

• Panou (dashboard) · Inventar · Angajați (employees) · Locații & Flotă (locations & fleet)
• Mentenanță Plus · Articole întârziate (overdue) · Stoc critic Pro
• Statistici inventar Pro · Caiet de notițe (notes) · Rapoarte Plus
• Utilizatori (users) — administrator only; for other roles it is missing from the menu entirely.

Antetul (the header)#

Where · At the top, throughout the app.

• Company name — If you see a code instead of a name, the account's permissions have not loaded — see below.
• The bell — Alerts: expiring documents, transfers, overdue items, low stock.
• Scanează — Look an item up by code. With a camera if there is one; otherwise typed.
• Theme — Dark / light.
• Contul meu — Your details.
• Ieșire — Sign out, with a confirmation.

Panou (dashboard)#

Where · The first page after signing in.

Read-only — nothing is created from here. What it shows:

• The attention strip — One line summarising what needs action, with direct links.
• Fleet value — Total, deployed, idle, at risk — computed from item prices.
• Utilisation — How much of the fleet is actually with people.
• Distribution by type — —
• Custody — Who holds the most value, with overdue items flagged.
• Where assets sit — By location.

Scanează (scan)#

Where · The button in the header.

Looks up a code and opens the item's panel. The same daily allowance as the app — it belongs to the company, not the device. Plus
