Inventory, stock and labels

Inventar#

Where · The second entry in the sidebar.

Tabs: Toate (all), Unelte (tools), Seturi (sets), Accesorii, Containere, Consumabile, Materiale.

• Search — By name, brand, model, serial.
• Sortable columns — Name, type, status, custody.
• + Adaugă — A menu with the six types; ones your plan excludes are marked.
• Blitz — Stocktake by scanning, on one location. Pro
• Etichete — An A4 sheet of 24 labels for the items you pick. Pro
• ↓ Export PDF — The current tab's inventory.
• Afișează încă 100 — The table loads in batches, for large inventories.

An item's panel#

Where · Click a row in Inventar.

The console's densest screen. The actions, in panel order:

• Alocă — Assign to an employee, with an optional due date and an optional signature.
• Restituie — Return to a location, with an optional signature.
• Trimite service — Provider, dates, fault category, notes. Plus
• Recepție service — Resulting state, condition, return location, cost, notes.
• Programează revizie — Or reschedule, if one exists. Pro
• Gestionează componente — Sets and containers only: what they hold.
• Descarcă fișă (PDF) — The item's sheet.
• Etichetă cod — The QR or barcode, ready to print.
• Recomandare casare — A banner that appears when cumulative repairs pass the threshold.

An item's form#

The same fields as the app — category, subcategory, name, brand, model, serial, status, visual condition, price, location, notes. See the app reference for what each one means; we do not repeat them here, so the two lists cannot end up differing.

Consumabile and Materiale#

Where · The last two tabs in Inventar.

• Stoc redus — A toggle filtering to what is below threshold.

• Alocă — Quantity capped at what is available, with an optional signature.
• Reaprovizionare — Goods in; for materials, with an invoice or batch.
• Retur — Split across destinations — two for consumables, three for materials.

Blitz#

Three steps: pick the location, scan or type codes, review the result.

The same mechanics as the app, including the rule that a container does not confirm its contents. With no camera, codes are entered by hand — the version for somebody at a desk with a handheld scanner. Pro
