Startup, account and setup
The screens before the bottom bar.

The screens you pass through once — or only see when something is wrong. All of them appear before the bottom bar, so before the rest of the app.
What decides your first screen
At every launch the app checks four things in this order and sends you to the first one that is not settled:
- are you signed in? if not → Sign in;
- is there a company on your account? if not → Register Company;
- are you an administrator with the company unconfigured? → Initial Setup;
- otherwise → the app itself.
Sign in
Where · At launch, if you are not signed in.
- Emailrequired — The account address.
- Passwordrequired — At least six characters.
- Google / Facebook — Sign in without a password. If the address already has a password account, the two are linked.
- Fingerprint — Appears only if you enabled app lock and have signed in at least once.
- Forgot password — Sends a reset email.
The language picker is here too, so the interface can be changed before you go in.
Register
Where · From the sign-in screen, the toggle at the top.
- Emailrequired — Becomes the account address.

Forgot password
Where · From the sign-in screen.
- Emailrequired — You get a reset link. It does not tell you whether the address exists — protection against probing for accounts.
Register Company
Where · Automatically, after the first sign-in on an account with no company.
- Namerequired — Yours. Pre-filled from Google, but an empty value is not accepted.
- Company Namerequired — Appears in the header of every generated document.
The account that creates the company becomes the administrator. Acceptance of the terms and of the data processing agreement is recorded here too, with their version and date.
Initial Setup
Where · Automatically, once, administrator only.
Three steps, with a 1 / 3 indicator at the top:
- Tax ID / CIF (optional) — Appears on dispatch notes and reports.
- Company Address (optional) — Likewise.
- DEFAULT CURRENCYrequired — RON, EUR, USD or GBP.
- ID CODE FORMATrequired — QR Code or 1D Barcode — the format of every label.
- ACTIVATE SYSTEM — The final button. From this moment the last two become uneditable.
The language you configure in becomes the company's notification language. There is no separate step for it; it is changed later from Settings.
No connection
Where · When the account state cannot be established within ten seconds.
A single retry button. It does not mean the app fails offline — it means it has not yet been able to work out whose phone this is. After the first successful sign-in the decision is made from local memory.
App lock
Where · At launch and on returning from the background, if enabled.
PIN or fingerprint. Plus Pro Configured from Settings → security.
- PIN code — Set on enabling, with confirmation.
- Biometric unlock — Fingerprint or face, if the phone has them.
Change password
Where · Profile → change password.
- Current passwordrequired — —
- New passwordrequired — Asked for twice.
Absent on accounts that only sign in with Google or Facebook: there is no password there.
Sync status
Where · Dashboard, tapping the connection indicator in the header.
What has not reached the server yet. Useful at exactly one moment: after a day working with no signal, to see that everything has gone before you hand the phone back.
