Maintenance, supply and reports

The screens that deal with many items, not one.

Reviewed 2026-09-05

The screens that deal not with one object but with many: what is broken, what is missing, what needs ordering and what can be printed.

Maintenance

Maintenance

Where · Dashboard → System Overview → Maintenance.

Four queues, each a filtered list:

  • Broken — Marked faulty, not yet sent.
  • In service — Gone to a provider, awaiting return.
  • Care — Cleaning, lubrication — light upkeep.
  • Service due — With a scheduled service now due. Pro

Each row leads to the item; from there it is sent to or received from service.

Service receipt

Where · The details of a tool currently in service.

  • Repair costrequiredThe field that makes the rest work. Without it the 70%-of-value criterion cannot be calculated, and the tool will never be flagged — however much it costs.
  • Resulting state — Repaired, or still broken if it was not solved.
  • Condition — The visual state on return.
  • Return locationrequired — Where it goes back.
  • Notes — What was changed, what the provider said.

Service providers

Where · From the maintenance area.

  • Namerequired — —
  • Phone, email, address — —
  • Notes — Terms, lead times, the contact person.

Maintenance analysis

Where · From the maintenance area.

Aggregates over the service history: fault distribution, average turnaround per provider, repair-versus-scrap ratio. Pro

Problem-asset detector

Where · Reports, or from the inventory statistics.

The tools that cost more than they are worth. Pro Three criteria, checked independently:

  • In service too often — At least 3 visits in the last 6 months.
  • Broken for too long — More days in service than half its life in the records.
  • Too expensive to repair — Cumulative repairs ≥ 70% of the purchase value.

Severity is how many criteria are lit. The reasons are shown explicitly, not as a score.

Stock and supply

Critical Stock

Where · Dashboard → System Overview → Critical Stock.

Consumables and materials below their reorder threshold. Separate counters for the two types.

Order list

Where · From Critical Stock.

The list above turned into a proposed order: grouped by supplier, with the suggested quantity rounded to the packaging. PDF export, per supplier or all.

Supply requests

Where · From the locations area, or from the Alert Center.

The flow between site and warehouse. Plus The states and transitions are in chapter 11.

  • New request — Items and quantities, to a warehouse.
  • Approve — With a vehicle and driver. The dispatch note comes from here.
  • Confirm receipt — The quantities ACTUALLY received, item by item.
  • Delivery calendar — Grouped by day: late, today, tomorrow.
  • Statistics — Approval rate, average response time, most requested items.

Stock rules

Where · From the locations area.

  • Item + locationrequired — The pair the rule applies to.
  • Minimum quantityrequired — The threshold.
  • Create the request automatically — With a target warehouse and a quantity to ask for.

Reports

Reports & History Center

Where · The Reports tab in the bottom bar.

  • General reports — Statistics, maintenance, daily activity.
  • Inventory per type — One PDF for each of the six types.
  • Custom inventory — Several types in a single document. Pro
  • Fleet reports — Full inventory, vehicles in service, document validity.
