Supply and critical stock
Stop running out of goods on site without warning.

In short
- An item's reorder threshold puts it into the critical stock list by itself.
- A stock rule goes further: every morning at 07:30 it can request goods on its own.
- A request passes through four states: requested → approved → dispatched → confirmed on receipt.
Three levels, in order of effort
The same problem — not running out of goods on site — has three answers in the app, from the simplest to the most automatic. You do not have to use all three.
- The threshold — per item. Below it, the item appears in a list. Nothing happens on its own.
- The supply request — the site asks, the warehouse approves and dispatches. Plus
- The stock rule — the threshold, but for a specific location, with the option to raise the request automatically. Pro
Critical stock
The Critical Stock screen gathers everything that has fallen below threshold, consumables and materials. It is the list you read before placing an order.
In the console, the Necesar aprovizionare toggle turns the list into a proposed order: items are grouped by supplier, with a suggested quantity rounded to the packaging — there is no point ordering 7 pieces if they come in boxes of 10. It exports to PDF, per supplier or all at once.

The supply request
The flow between a place of work and the warehouse. It has four real states, plus two ways of stopping:
Requested
The site asks for items and quantities. While it is here, the requester can withdraw it.
Approved
The warehouse accepts and assigns a vehicle and a driver. The dispatch note comes from here.
Dispatched
The goods have left.
Confirmed on receipt
The site confirms the quantities actually received, item by item — not just „arrived". This is where the difference between what was asked for and what turned up gets caught.
Stock rules
A rule ties an item to a location and a minimum quantity. Optionally, you tell it which warehouse to source from and how much to ask for.
Every morning at 07:30
A process on the server checks the company's rules, on Romanian time. That is an hour and a half before the overdue round in chapter 06 — goods are ordered before the day starts.
If the threshold is reached, it tells you
The notification goes out whether or not you ticked automatic creation. The person has to know the threshold was hit, even if they decide for themselves what to order.
If you asked for it, it raises the request itself
With automatic creation ticked and a target warehouse chosen, the request appears on its own, signed by «Stock Rules Engine», ready to approve.
Where you work
On the phone
Requests are created and approved from the locations area. Alert Center shows the open ones, alongside expiring documents and pending transfers.
In the console
The Aprovizionare tab under Locații & Flotă, with three views: the request list filtered by state, a calendar grouped by delivery day — late, today, tomorrow — and statistics: approval rate, average response time, most requested items.

What differs
The console has the calendar, the statistics and the dispatch note — the tools of the person approving. The phone has the quick request and the alert, which is what the person on site needs. The stock rule runs on the server, so it works the same regardless of where it was created or whether anybody has the app open.
