Settings, plans and limits
Configure the app and know exactly what happens to your data.
Reviewed 2026-09-05
In short
- Most settings are personal (theme, language, sounds); two belong to the company and only the administrator changes them.
- Currency and code format stay locked after initial setup.
- If the company drops to a lower plan, the data stays readable and exportable. Only starting to use an unpaid module is blocked.
What is personal and what belongs to the company
Most settings are yours, on your phone: light or dark theme, interface language, the app icon, sound and vibration on scan, opening details automatically, batch handover mode.
Two belong to the company, and only the administrator sees them:
- Notification language — the language server alerts go out in, for everyone. It is set from the language the founder used during setup.
- Company details — name, tax ID, address. They appear on every generated document.
The locked settings
Security
The app can be locked separately from the phone, with a PIN Plus or with a fingerprint or face Pro. The lock is asked for at startup and when returning from the background.
Worth it on company phones that circulate between people: without it, whoever picks the phone out of the van has access to the whole company's records.
The legal documents
In Settings, under Legal: the app's privacy policy, the terms of service and the data processing agreement. They open in a browser — they are not copied into the app, so there can never be two versions that drift apart.
The company's plan
The administrator sees the current plan and what it includes. Plans differ in two things: which modules are open, and which numeric limits apply — how many users, employees, tools, consumables, locations.
Prices do not appear in the app, deliberately. They are on the pricing page, the only public place they are kept.
The only limit you meet in day-to-day work is the 20 scans a day on plans without the scanning module — chapter 05.
What happens if the company drops to a lower plan
The question everybody asks and few ask out loud. The answer is written into the server's rules, not just the interface:
Reading stays open
You see everything you ever entered and can export any report. Your data is not held hostage.
Anything in progress can be finished
A dispatched transfer can be accepted even if the subscription expired meanwhile — otherwise goods would stay „in transit" for ever.
Deleting stays open
Nobody is forced to keep what they no longer want.
Only the beginning is blocked
What you cannot do is start using an unpaid module — create a new container, a new stock rule.
Your account
On the phone
The Profile tab: your details, changing your password, linking a Google or Facebook account, the company's plan, and signing out — which lives here, not in the home screen's header.

In the console
The account button in the header opens the same details. Editing the company and managing users are under Utilizatori, administrator only.
Deleting the account
This is the end of the manual
The fifteen chapters cover everything the product does, from the first account to what happens to the data at the end. Concrete situations from site — and what each looks like from outside the app — are in the practical guides.
