Reports and PDFs

Produce the document you need from the records, filtered properly.

Reviewed 2026-09-05

In short

  • Reports are PDFs built from current data, not files accumulating somewhere.
  • Four families: what I have, who holds what, what happened, what it costs me.
  • Filtering by category and location is what turns an 800-row inventory into two useful pages.

What a report is here

A PDF built at the moment you ask for it, from whatever is in the records then. There is no archive of reports filling up: if you want a snapshot of last month, you generate it at the end of the month and keep it yourself.

All of them carry your company's name in the header. They are your documents, not extracts from somebody else's system — a distinction that matters when the document reaches a client, an insurer or an inspection.

Four questions

1

What I have

The inventory, per item type or all together. The combined version — several types in one document — is the „custom inventory" report.Pro

2

Who holds what

An employee's holdings sheet, with the tools, consumables and materials in their name. The document asked for when somebody leaves or moves site.

3

What happened

The activity log, filterable by event type; a location's history over a date range; the maintenance audit; handover records and transfer notes.

4

What it costs me

Inventory statistics, fleet costs, the order list, the site cost estimate.Pro

Filtering

A whole inventory printed is a stack nobody reads. Hierarchical filtering — by category, subcategory and location — is what makes a report useful: „all power tools in the North Warehouse", not „all the company's assets".Pro

Labels

Not quite a report, but it comes out the same way: an A4 sheet of QR or barcode labels for several items at once, in the format chosen during company setup.Pro

This is the thing to do straight after entering a new batch of tools: print a sheet, stick them on, and from then on everything happens by scanning.

Where you work

On the phone

The Reports tab in the bottom bar — Reports & History Center. It holds the general reports, the per-type inventories, the fleet reports, employee documents and the activity archive.

In the console

The Rapoarte page, with the same families plus the paginated activity log, filters by event type and export.

The Statistici inventar page is separate and is something else: it produces no document, it shows the situation on screen — total value, utilisation, age, distribution across locations, with charts.Pro

What differs

The console produces more kinds of document than the app and is the only one with the charts. That makes sense: a report is read at a desk and emailed. The app has what is needed in the field — a tool's sheet, a person's holdings sheet, a location's inventory.

Next

The last chapter takes settings, plans and limits — including what happens to your data if the company stops paying. For the real cost of a tool fleet, the guide on what your tool fleet actually costs starts from these same reports.
